Return Process

  Ensure the item is in its original, unopened packaging with all seals intact, or confirm the product is experiencing a verifiable manufacturer defect.

  Request Authorization

  Contact our customer support team via the portal to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and specific shipping instructions.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack the item in a plain, discrete shipping box to protect your privacy and include the RMA number clearly on the inside of the package.

  Processing and Resolution

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will issue a store credit or dispatch a replacement item within 3-5 business days.
